Creation and launch of new brand in the sector of dehydrated food products
Gallina Blanca launches in January 2013 the most successful innovation of the company, Yatekomo, the delicious oriental noodles, fast to prepare in a revolutionary packaging. In a year and a half, more than 5 million consumers had tried it. Shortly afterwards the range is expanded with ‘Oriental Gourmet Yakisoba’, oriental noodles made following the traditional Japanese recipe: vegetables, meat and oriental sauce.
The company wants to continue innovating and challenges us to discover new territories on which to support the brand.
The project began with a search for territories and the corresponding exploration of ways, which analysed and transmitted the concept of fun and the experience of flavors. The result is the perfect union of the convenience territory and the concept fun, own of the DNA of the mark Yatekomo, with the exploration of the new flavors, coming from different countries.
