Ebola crisis affected the reputation of the San Juan de Dios Hospital Order. After some time, they plan to review what happened to obtain a learning that will lay the groundwork for managing future crises more efficiently. From Branward we bring our professional vision, helping the Order to lay the foundations of training and continuous learning, under a holistic and strategic approach.
The most important thing is not to overcome a crisis but being able to recover the brand in the shortest possible time the reputation it had before suffering the crisis. We brought together the communication team and shared with them a number of key elements that needed to be considered:
