Repositioning of the brand facing a new educational and business reality
The educational institution Gredos San Diego is part of the Spanish cooperative of the same name consolidated in the market thanks to a trajectory of 30 years of experience. In this journey, Gredos San Diego has developed in a constant way and has been the leader in its education model and in its vanguard vision of education.
During the 30 years of GSD, its focus has been to transform the most immediate reality into its schools, to design new services for the community, expand its network of schools and to generate employment under a social economy model.
The challenge has been to get a new positioning of the brand facing a new educational and business reality, from there, to build a new identity and image according to its personality
We carried out an exhaustive internal and external analysis process, which allowed us to elaborate the strategy that defines the new DNA of “Gredos San Diego”, henceforth renamed “GSD”. A differentiated positioning, according to its unique personality, with the inspiring base of its achievements and the objective in the future challenges.
