Building foundation for trust
During difficult times for the Andorran banking, we helped Crèdit Andorrà to revise its internal systems and structures, with the aim of facilitating its reputation management process through branded intangibles. A company must evaluate its organizational profile to be able to select and enhance its most important strategic resources. The creation of corporate value depends fundamentally on the organizational infrastructure, which enables the rest of assets, tangible and intangible, to fulfill a certain function along the value chain.
For this reason and after the analysis of the existing situation, we developed a strategic map from different perspectives that put in value the role of the area of communication in this process. The roles and functions of each area were established, aligning perspectives and reinforcing their capacity.
